We are seeking a Paralegal (with a Real Estate & Development background) to support a specialized team. This on-site opportunity based near Roseville, CA consists of a dynamic legal environment. The role involves managing real estate transaction documentation and collaborating with multiple teams.
Paralegal - (Real Estate & Development) Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and title reports.
- Draft correspondence and legal notices to stakeholders involved in property deals.
- Create and manage timelines for transaction milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct detailed title research, including examining deeds and survey reports for compliance.
Assist in preparing and reviewing closing documents, ensuring all legal requirements are fulfilled.

Paralegal - (Real Estate & Development) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
- Paralegal certification from an ABA-accredited program.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in transactional real estate legal work.
- Extensive knowledge of title insurance policies, forms, and endorsements.
Proficiency with title search software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with legal technology platforms.
