Sales Associate — (Full-Time)
We're looking for a motivated, reliable, no-drama sales associate who shows up ready to work and stays productive throughout the shift. We run a clean, professional, high-expectation dispensary, and we are only interested in candidates who bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day.
If you’re looking for a place to “chill,” “hang out,” or do the bare minimum, this is not the job. If you take pride in helping customers and staying productive, you’ll do well here.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to every customer
- Stay busy: stocking, cleaning, learning, assisting teammates
- Help customers choose the right products
- Enter orders accurately and handle payments
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all compliance rules
- Take responsibility for your work (no excuses, no attitudes)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to stay productive during slow periods
- Works well on a team and leaves drama at the door
- Comfortable with clear expectations and structure
- Retail or service experience preferred
- Worker Permit (or ability to obtain)
