We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with CRM software are a plus, enabling you to connect with diverse customer bases and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
Duties
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and face-to-face interactions to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships.
- Conduct high-end sales, including upselling and cross-selling products or services to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
- Manage customer accounts using CRM software to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Support the sales process through inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational skills to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Present products confidently through public speaking and demonstration skills at events or dealership settings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer demographics.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including public speaking abilities.
- Experience in retail sales, automobile sales, or related fields such as inventory management and inventory control.
- Skilled in upselling techniques and outbound sales strategies to increase revenue streams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with retail math, marketing principles, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions and inventory assessments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Pay: $16.90 - $17.00 per hour
