Job Overview
--must have experience and knowledge of DDD, OOL, and Medicaid standards;
--provides on-boarding/training as well as refresher courses;
--completes audits and participates in improvement planning;
--completes medication audits and contacts medical providers and pharmacies as needed;
--collects CQE reports and implements appropriate action plans;
--identifies, measures, and implements plans for agency outcome objectives;
--participates in on-call rotation for the residential program.
Pay: $24.83 - $29.90 per hour
