Experienced Scratch Baker – Full Time

Wyoming Pastry Shop, a historic scratch bakery serving the community since 1934, is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Experienced Baker to join our production team.
We are looking for a baker who understands efficiency, consistency, and craftsmanship and takes pride in producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
This position is ideal for someone who has real commercial bakery experience and can work independently while supporting a small, dedicated team.
Schedule
- Tuesday – Saturday
- Typical shift: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- 36–40 hours per week
- Consistent, year-round schedule
What You'll Be Doing
- Producing breads, donuts, and pastries from scratch
- Mixing doughs and batters using commercial equipment
- Frying donuts and managing production timing
- Monitoring fermentation, proofing, and baking
- Following established recipes and production schedules
- Maintaining speed and consistency during production
- Supporting team workflow and daily output goals
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years commercial bakery experience
- Strong understanding of scratch baking
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable working early morning/overnight hours
- Ability to move quickly and stay organized
- Reliable attendance is required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
