Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for a commerical construction project. Experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate ongoing work.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate execution of work.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Manage quality control measures, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with federal construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- ProCore, Bluebeam experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or federal construction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
