The Dining Server is responsible for providing exceptional meal service to residents in a warm, respectful, and efficient manner. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is service-minded, attentive, and compassionate toward seniors.
Serve meals to residents in the dining room and designated areas
Ensure meals are delivered accurately and timely
Assist with dining room setup and cleanup
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Observe residents during meals and report concerns as appropriate
Communicate effectively with culinary and care teams
Support a positive, resident-centered dining experience
Previous dining, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude
Dependable and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate approach when working with seniors
Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
