QOROS is seeking a Certified/Registered Medical Assistant for a Full - Time opportunity located in Orlando, FL. Cardiology private practice setting. Summary of duties include interviewing patients, reviewing charts, performing basic vitals including manual BP's, assisting physicians. No weekend requirements!
Work Schedule:
- 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday
- 8:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Friday
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 - year Medical Assistant experience working in a Cardiology healthcare setting is required
- EKG experience required
- BLS required
- Basic knowledge of Cardiac medications preferred
- Must be able to lift more than 30lbs and be able to assist patients without restriction
- Computer knowledge in Word, Excel, EMR and Outlook required
- Must be able to communicate professionally with patients, physicians and coworker
