Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of residents to promote safety, engagement, and community cohesion
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral management to de-escalate conflicts and ensure resident safety
- Assist with intake procedures, including data collection, documentation, and initial assessments
- Administer medication following prescribed protocols and maintain accurate medication records
- Support residents with childcare needs and facilitate access to home & community care services
- Conduct regular security checks to maintain a safe environment for all residents and staff
- Document incidents, progress notes, and case management activities accurately in data systems
- Collaborate with social workers and addiction counselors to develop personalized care plans
- Manage conflict resolution efforts by employing effective communication skills and behavioral health strategies
- Perform first aid when necessary and coordinate emergency responses as needed
Requirements
- Prior supervising experience in residential or community settings preferred
- Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in childcare, social work, or behavioral health fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of security protocols and addiction counseling techniques beneficial
- Excellent communication skills for engaging residents, families, and team members effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; proficient in data entry, filing, and data collection
- Valid first aid certification; familiarity with medication administration procedures required
- Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs or home & community care services is a plus
- Demonstrated conflict management abilities; adept at behavioral health interventions and case management

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
