Position Overview:
We are looking for a MOTIVATED individual with underwriting experience, a strong analytical mindset, and direct experience underwriting creative financing and novation deals. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate investment deals, accurately assess property values, and determine competitive offers that align with our investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and underwrite real estate investment opportunities.
- Accurately assess property values based on market data, property condition, and other relevant factors.
- Develop competitive offers on properties that align with our investment criteria.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure alignment on deal strategy and execution.
- Stay updated on market trends and adjust underwriting models as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of underwriting decisions — the sales team relies heavily on this role’s feedback and notes.
- Evaluate and underwrite creative financing and novation opportunities with accuracy and confidence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or related fields.
- Required: Hands-on experience underwriting creative financing and novation deals.
- Candidates who do not have creative financing and novation underwriting experience should not apply.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or Math-based field preferred.

Compensation:
Salary + Performance Bonuses = $55,000 - $60,000
(based on experience and performance)
