Customer Relations Specialist
Prefer experienced flexographic and digital printing applicant, but willing to train.
RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, process orders from beginning to end, and providing general customer service support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Convey & receive information effectively.
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing.
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers.
- Process incoming customer payments and log them into the system.
SKILLS: Must be detail-minded, organized, dependable and able to work as a team. Must be able to focus on thoroughness and accuracy. Must be able to fluently speak, read and communicate in English.
SALARY: Based on experience.
