Overview of the Accounts Receivable Position:
Communicate with customer clients via phone call regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements

- Approve accounts receivable adjustments to customer accounts

Reconcile cash receipts daily for accounts

Processing customer payments and cash sales/credit card payments

Apply customer payments to customer accounts
Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable role:

Prior experience in Accounts Receivable

Experience with Collections and Phone Calls
-
Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and organization
