Role and Responsibilities
All positions require the ability to work Saturday, Sunday and Holidays during the hours of 6PM through 6AM, but actual hours/schedules are flexible depending on availability and business needs.
Specifically seeking an experienced operator in video clip processing from queue based systems
- Monitor various sites by watching video snippets and/or live video feed.
- Identify potential threats and risks of the sites
- Communicate with Monitoring Centre for any alarm related issues
- Contribute to team effectiveness by keeping informed and sharing knowledge and technical skills
- Safeguard all confidential information whilst exercising due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use
- Ensure proper support for all monitoring queues.
- Coordinate responses to identified security events on a client’s site and contact the appropriate emergency service(s) to respond to a verified security event as needed.
- Ensure that computers and monitors in complete functionality, preparing station with daily monitoring updates and ensure machines are operational.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of, and adhere to, site protocols
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents on a site and prepare incident reports for any security events
- Check to ensure all systems are online, noting any malfunctions, and notify the ESMS Daytime support of all issues
- Provide direction, training, guidance, and support to those that fall directly under your supervision
- Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions
- Office environment, IN-PERSON
- Must be able to work 10-12-hour shifts
- Must be available to work rotational shifts
- Must be able to work overnights and weekends
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Min. of a high school diploma
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, CCTV monitoring, security, loss prevention or related law enforcement field is highly desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
