About the Opportunity: We are a growing consumer products company seeking an organized and technology-driven individual to oversee our Shopify website, online customer experience, and e-commerce operations.T his position will be responsible for managing our online storefront, ensuring products and inventory are up to date, monitoring website performance, coordinating online order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer support. Primary Responsibilities:
- Shopify & Website Management (Primary Responsibility)
- Manage and maintain our Shopify website.
- Monitor website performance and customer experience.
- Update product listings, pricing, promotions, images, and descriptions.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Ensure online orders are processed efficiently.
- Test website functionality and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with new product launches and website updates.
- Monitor online analytics and recommend improvements to increase sales and conversion rates.
Customer Experience
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, and warranty claims.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.
Order Fulfillment & Logistics
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipment of online orders.
- Track shipments and communicate updates to customers.
- Work with freight carriers and parcel providers to resolve delivery issues.
- Assist with freight claims and shipping exceptions.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a Shopify website.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify Apps, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Experience with shipping software or logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP, EDI, SPS Commerce, or marketplace integrations is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
