At Minnesota Behavioral Specialists (MBS), we bring therapy into the heart of the home. We provide in-home ABA therapy to children aged 10 and under with a diagnosis of Autism. Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds. Some of our staff come with formal education, others with hands-on experience but all share one thing in common: genuine love for children and the joy of watching them grow.

Who Is Qualified?
- Level II Therapist:
- 4,000+ hours of hands-on experience with children or adults with special
- Currently enrolled needs OR in or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
- Level I Therapist:
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
What a Day Looks Like
- Field staff provide therapy in clients’ homes from:
- 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Work with 2 clients per day
- Paid hourly rate for drive time between clients
- We aim to keep driving times under 30 minutes (though not always guaranteed)
- Sessions follow pre-developed client programs. No prior ABA experience is required
Training & Support
- Two - Three weeks of hands-on training in-home
- Ongoing support from a primary supervisor
- You’ll never be left alone with a client until you feel confident and comfortable
