We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bathroom and Kitchen Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and remodeling bathrooms and kitchens with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation of bathroom and kitchen components.
- Install plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, cabinetry, countertops, tile masonry, flooring, and other building materials with precision.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials such as drywall, tile, wood, and metal.
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other tools to ensure proper fitment of fixtures and materials.
- Perform demolition, restoration, and renovation tasks as needed to prepare spaces for new installations.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary for tasks like concrete forming or material transportation on-site.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications while maintaining a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate schedules and complete projects efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections during each phase of installation to guarantee durability and aesthetic standards are met.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on bathroom or kitchen installation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles including blueprint reading and interpreting technical schematics.
- Hands-on experience with tile laying, masonry work (such as stucco or concrete finishing), carpentry (including trim carpentry and framing), roofing, plastering, welding, and fixture installation.
- Familiarity with bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus for reviewing plans electronically.
- Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment safely.
- Experience in construction estimating and inspection processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, gutter installation techniques, glass installation methods, cabinet mounting procedures, door hanging skills, flooring installation including tile laying—all essential for delivering high-quality results on diverse projects.
- Demonstrated ability to take precise dimensional measurements for accurate material fitting across different building scenarios.
