Location: 1757 Central Ave Albany, NY (This is near the Kohl's plaza in Colonie on the bus line. Convenient to Niskayuna, Guilderland, Rotterdam and Albany)

Schedule: 3-4 weeknights (4pm-9pm) & 1 weekend day (7am-3:30pm)

Position Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Service Rep to join our team. This role includes answering phone calls, handling customer transactions, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring our lobby remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

What You Will Do
- Answer incoming calls, provide information on services, and schedule appointments
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments and complete cash register transactions accurately
- Keep the lobby area clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Perform other duties as needed
