Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage employee training and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products and store procedures
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to optimize product presentation and availability
- Supervise shift management, ensuring smooth store functions during all operating hours while maintaining safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations, company policies, and security procedures.
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and assist with opening and closing responsibilities.
- Complete daily reports and operational checklists.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Previous cannabis industry experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with Dutchie POS systems, Metrc, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
