Full Time Host Opportunity at Amali
$23–$25/hr (depending on experience)
Amali is seeking a polished, reliable, and exceptionally organized Host/Reservationist to join our front-of-house team. This role is the heartbeat of service: managing the reservation book, pacing the dining room, coordinating with managers, and delivering warm, thoughtful hospitality to our guests.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in a host, maître d’, or reservationist role
- Strong knowledge of Resy (OpenTable, sevenrooms ) and comfort managing a high-volume book
- Professional communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
- Ability to stay composed and prioritize during busy services
- A warm, polished demeanor with a genuine love for hospitality
- Weekend availability is required
What You’ll Do
- Manage and pace the dining room in collaboration with the management team
- Greet guests and communicate wait times clearly
- Maintain an organized and accurate book
- Coordinate seating for private events and VIP guests
- Support pre-shift and service needs as part of the FOH team
Compensation
$23–$25 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
