Sophia by Design - one of the industry's leading wholesale jewelry companies for over 25 years - is looking to expand their marketing team. We are looking for a well-rounded graphic designer, photographer, and marketing specialist to assist our team in growing the brand.
You will be tasked with owning the company's content needs; this includes photographing new product, updating the website, and managing all social media channels. You will be responsible for creating advertising and email campaigns for our company, as well as our clients as needed. You will be creating content and distributing it through our marketing channels, as well as attending trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
· Content creation (advertisements, videos, emails, basic marketing, website, campaigns)
· Product Photographing - Attention to detail
· Managing/cultivating a photo library
· Update and maintain website
· Post to all social media channels
· Engage with clients, promote company socials, increase followings
· Community interaction on social media (following dealers, commenting, sharing posts)
· Work with dealers to help promote their stores through social marketing channels
· Assist with advertising and product promotions
· Create advertising campaigns for clients and office as needed
· Attend trade shows
· Assist office staff with daily tasks as needed
Skills and Requirements:
· Graphic Design experience required
· Creativity! Must be able to come with content and copy that is engaging
· Professional photography experience required
· Portfolio displaying current product photography, graphic design campaigns
· Excellent organizational skills with high volume photo inventory
· Advanced studio lighting experience
· Advanced photo editing skills (clipping, cloning, etc)
· Web Design and Coding experience is a plus but not necessary
· Proven track record with social media growth and community engagement
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to handle many tasks at once, ability to switch gears easily as needed, prioritize and complete tasks under tight deadlines.
· Personable and self motivated
· Must have excellent communication skills (phone, email, etc)

Pay: $54,000.00 per year
