Looking for someone who is passionate about working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be integral in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to the children in our center. Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), your role will involve implementing care plans, conducting data collection, and utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques. Your core skills in patient care and medical documentation will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. With a focus on behavior management and special education, you will help foster positive behavioral changes and enhance the quality of life for those you serve.
Responsibilities include: In center therapy working 1:1 with clients
RBT Certified preferred
Implementing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Collecting data during each session.
Completing all documentation for each session in a timely manner.
Following the direction of the supervising BCBA and BCaBA.
Assisting with making materials for client programs as needed.
Treating each client and family member with dignity and respect.
Complete other day to day tasks at the supervisor's discretion.
