About the Role
Blossom Speech and Language Therapy TN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing, family-centered clinic in Lebanon, Tennessee. This role offers exceptional flexibility and the ability to tailor your position to your strengths and interests—whether you prefer direct therapy, SLPA supervision, or a combination of both.
You’ll work in a supportive, low-stress environment where clinicians are trusted, valued, and given autonomy over their schedules and caseloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with families to support carryover and functional progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Adhere to all Tennessee state regulations, HIPAA standards, and clinic policies
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and team communication
- Option to supervise SLPAs in accordance with Tennessee Board of Communication Disorders & Sciences regulations (if applicable)
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Tennessee SLP license, or able to obtain one by hire date
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic competency with clinical documentation systems and computer technology
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a clinic setting

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
