Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage multiple-line phone systems to answer questions, take reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments securely, and handle billing inquiries with transparency.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel’s friendly and professional image.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to coordinate guest needs and maintain high standards of hospitality management.
Experience
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality management is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
- Experience with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and guest relations, will give you a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus but can be provided through training.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
