We are seeking dynamic and highly skilled professionals to fill the following roles: Chief Engineer / Executive Housekeeper / Assistant General Manager (AGM) for the Springhill Suites Columbia North - Opening Fall 2026. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to open the newest hotel at Killian Crossing and lead/manage each respective department within a brand new facility. The ideal candidates will bring a proactive approach to people and management, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and cleanliness. You will be instrumental in supervising teams, and implementing procedures that support seamless daily operations. Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership skills in supervising teams
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders effectively.
- Three years of previous hotel management experience.
