Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is interested in gaining valuable experience in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting.

Prepare treatment areas and organize therapy equipment before and after sessions

Escort residents safely to and from therapy appointments

Clean and sanitize therapy equipment in accordance with infection control standards

Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks to keep the department running efficiently

Stock and organize therapy supplies and maintain a clean therapy gym

Help create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment for residents and visitors

Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and other team members to support quality resident care

Friendly and supportive rehabilitation team
