J&G Painting and Construction is hiring an entry-level Painter Apprentice to join our growing team. No experience required — we provide full on-the-job training. You'll work alongside skilled painters on residential and commercial projects across Rhode Island and Massachusetts, learning the trade while earning a paycheck from day one.

What You'll Learn
- Surface preparation — sanding, patching, priming, and caulking
- Brush, roller, and spray painting techniques
- Working on drywall, plaster, masonry, stucco, and concrete
- Trim work and minor repairs
- Job site safety and professional work standards
- Material estimation and scope reading

- Reliable — shows up on time and ready to work
- Able to take direction and willing to learn
- Physically able to stand for long periods, lift materials, and work at heights
- Valid ID and reliable transportation required
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
