As a senior or lead IT business systems analyst in the Digital Customer Communication organization, you’ll serve as a liaison between business and IT groups. You’ll lead and advise others in identifying and defining complex systems requirements, scope, and objectives.
In this role, you’ll capture complex business requirements while guiding others in redesigning existing processes to make them more efficient for end customers and internal customer service representatives. You’ll also initially work on a large project to convert our chat and email applications to use Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
Must-have qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, business discipline or related field of study and a minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
Preferred skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FCS), Sales or Services Cloud, coupled with awareness of Salesforce administration functions.

Knowledge of industry-standard tools for process mapping, documentation, and software development lifecycle management to enhance clarity and streamline business operations.

Experience working with business customers to redesign their existing processes.

Knowledge of Agile processes and methodologies and working with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Compensation

$98,400 - $131,200/year

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
