Overview
Our Schedule Expert will lead accurate Cost/Schedule integration efforts and provide advanced schedule analysis for proposals and program baselines. The SME Schedule Analyst will act as the primary liaison between SEI, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional team members. You will direct the development and integration of complex program and enterprise-level schedules and serve as the senior advisor to executive-level management on program performance and forecasting for launch vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities
Direct the development, integration, publishing, and analysis of complex program and enterprise-level schedules, reporting strategic results to senior leadership.
Serve as the primary liaison between SEI, SETA Integrators, government program leads, and other functional team members.
Serve as the primary advisor to executive-level management on program performance, forecasting for launch vehicle systems, and baseline control.
Partner closely with senior Government and contractor personnel to gather data and present advanced schedule analysis.
Direct advanced quantitative and qualitative Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) on large and complex programs, including Monte Carlo and Latin Hyper Cube simulation.
Develop curricula and conduct advanced training sessions for other schedulers.
Provide strategic recommendations regarding Baseline Execution Index (BEI), Current Execution Index (CEI), SPI, and future program trends.

Required Qualifications
Master’s degree (MA/MS) is required (preferably in engineering, business, math, or the sciences).
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including expert-level experience in schedule development, analysis, integration, and management with the USAF, DoD, NASA, or DoD hardware contractor.
Extensive experience (well over 6 years) using Microsoft Project, Project Server, or similar schedule tools.
Expert knowledge of schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics.
Advanced proficiency using Steelray Project Analyzer or equivalent, and deep knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
Highly proficient using MS Office Suite with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
Certification in scheduling by a recognized professional society/educational organization (i.e., PMI or DAU) is highly desired.
Deep familiarity with USAF or equivalent DoD development programs and processes.
Advanced familiarity with Business Intelligence programs (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau), Systems Engineering practices, and space systems development.
Demonstrated ability to design curricula and lead scheduling divisions.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000/year, DOE
