Pearl Acupuncture is seeking a skilled and compassionate acupuncturist to join our growing clinic in a flexible, part-time role. What You’ll Do
- Provide effective, individualized acupuncture treatments
- Maintain strong patient relationships and high retention
- Comfortably manage 2–3 patients per hour
- Complete clear and timely charting
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active Texas acupuncture license
- NCBHAM (NCCAOM) certification
- Strong clinical and patient communication skills
Schedule
Flexible part-time schedule, typically 1–3 days per week. Saturday availability is required, with evening weekday hours preferred. This role is ideal for practitioners looking to supplement their income with consistent, high-demand patient hours. Additional shifts may be available based on your availability and interest.
Compensation Options
We offer two flexible engagement options depending on your preference:
Option 1: Part-Time Employee (W-2)
- Competitive hourly base pay + performance-based bonuses

Location
Primary location is Rockwall, TX. Additional hours may be available at our Richardson, TX location for those interested.
