JOB Primary responsibility is to provide high quality customer service to participants while instructing group and individual tennis lessons in a safe and professional manner. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Ability to instruct both private and group tennis lessons for all ages and levels of player.
- Assist the program director with the annual tennis camp.
- Enforce all program policies, rules and regulations in a fair, consistent, and professional manner.
- Inspect tennis courts on a regular basis prior to use and report any damage or unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other co-workers.
- Ensure proper usage of all equipment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Leadership and Public Relations Skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
- Other duties as assigned.
