We're hiring 2-3 Prep Cook / Dishwasher team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in doing things the right way.
Morning shifts. Home by early afternoon. Long-term opportunity.
PAY
Guaranteed total earnings: $19-$21/hour depending on experience.
- Base pay: $16.90/hour
- Tips are pooled and distributed weekly
- If tips don't bring you to your guaranteed rate, we make up the difference
- Starting pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability to contribute from day one
- Strong performers have opportunities for continued pay growth over time

2-3 positions available.

Option 1
- Thursday-Sunday
- 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Option 2
- Monday-Wednesday
- 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare vegetables, sauces, proteins, and other daily prep items
- Wash dishes and keep cleaning cycles moving throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked kitchen
- Support line cooks and kitchen operations as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with opening, setup, and daily kitchen readiness
- Help keep the entire operation running smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous prep, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Able to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
