ABOUT DADZIE INSURANCE GROUP
Dadzie Insurance Group (DIG) is launching a 50-agent insurance call center in Kennesaw, GA, selling Fixed Indemnity, Medicare Supplement, ACA, and life products to clients nationwide. We operate from a single in-person sales floor near Kennesaw State University. The agents we hire in our first cohorts shape the team and the culture from day one.
POSITION SUMMARY
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will connect with prospects, present insurance solutions, and close business over the phone from our Kennesaw office. You will work assigned shifts on a high-energy sales floor, complete a four-week fully-paid training and licensing program, and then run a structured queue of warm leads, callbacks, and inbound calls. This is a W-2, full-time, in-office role. You will report to a Team Lead.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Connect with prospects, hear their story, match them to the right coverage, and close the sale
- Run a queue of warm leads, callbacks, and inbound calls during your assigned shift
- Hit daily call, conversation, and sales targets
- Attend daily huddles and weekly one-on-ones to sharpen your craft and learn from senior agents
- Use our CRM and dialer to keep every interaction documented and your pipeline organized
- Follow scripts and compliance disclosures, protect customer PHI per HIPAA, and meet all TCPA, CMS, and state insurance requirements
- Note that all calls are monitored and recorded for quality, training, and compliance
- Maintain an active state insurance license and complete required continuing education
WHAT YOU WILL EARN
- $17/hour during the first week of pre-licensing study
- $19/hour base after passing your state insurance exam (approximately $39,520 annually)
- Uncapped per-policy commission on every issued policy
- Tiered persistency bonus, higher on Fixed Indemnity and life products that stay in force
- Peak-season accelerator: enhanced per-policy commission during peak enrollment season, October through January
- Realistic Year 1 total compensation of $58,000 to $62,000 at standard production
- Top performers consistently earn $75,000 or more
- Benefits eligibility after the 90-day introductory period
- Defined advancement path to Senior Agent, Team Lead, and Manager
WHAT YOU NEED
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
- Strong phone communication skills, a clear speaking voice, and active listening
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigation, CRM use)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check (no insurance fraud history, no license revocations)
- Willingness to obtain a Georgia Life and Health insurance license (Life, Accident and Sickness lines of authority). DIG pays for the pre-licensing course, exam fees, fingerprinting, and state filing.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)
- Timeshare sales, telemarketing, or outbound sales
- Collections, debt recovery, or any high-volume phone role
- Inside sales, B2B phone sales, or commission-based retail
- Car sales, dealership, or any high-ticket closing experience
- Prior insurance license in any state, even if expired
- Recent college graduate with sales, retail, or service experience

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- On-site at our Kennesaw, GA facility. We are an in-person sales floor by design.
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern, with expanded coverage during peak enrollment season (October through January).
- Reliable transportation and on-time arrival are required.
INTRODUCTORY PERIOD
The first 90 days of employment are an introductory period during which performance, attendance, and role fit are evaluated. If employment ends within the introductory period, the agent is responsible for repaying a pro-rated portion of the licensing and training costs paid by DIG, as set forth in the offer letter. Agents who complete the introductory period in good standing become eligible for benefits and advancement.
