We are hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work with our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with civil law, and will be responsible for managing discovery, providing legal support for evidence and preparing documents for the trial process, as well as the experience to carry out administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal who wants to work in a growing legal department and develop a career with our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence.
- Prepare research dockets and legal opinions; Coordinate with law firm staff and attorneys.
- Provide support to attorneys: scheduling, preparation, correspondence, billing, filing, updating files, and day to day tasks.
- Maintain files.
- Draft pleadings.
- Correspond with clients
- Maintain the calendar
- Manage deadlines for pleadings/motions
- Schedule depositions and meetings
- Respond to emails
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
