Duties:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
- Set up dining areas and prepare tables for meal service.
- Serve meals to residents or patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Clear tables and clean dining areas after meal service.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with residents or patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary.
