Call Center Sales Representative
We are hiring motivated and energetic Call Center Sales Representatives to join our in-person team in Pompano Beach.
In this role, you will speak with potential customers, introduce our offers, build interest, qualify the customer, and transfer interested callers to a sales closer. You are not responsible for closing the final sale.
No previous call-center experience is required. We provide hands-on training for applicants who are confident, coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone.

Responsibilities
- Speak with potential customers by phone
- Introduce available products and services
- Follow a proven script and sales process
- Ask qualifying questions and identify customer interest
- Build rapport and maintain an upbeat, professional tone
- Transfer qualified and interested callers to a sales closer
- Accurately document call results
- Meet individual and team call-transfer goals
Qualifications
- Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Positive, persuasive, and energetic personality
- Coachable and willing to follow a script
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call-center environment
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Sales, customer service, hospitality, or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
