T3 Micro | Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)
Schedule: ~25 hours/week — in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday; some weekend availability for social media coverage and occasional event support
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Brand & Campaign Marketing
About the Role
T3 Micro is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented part-time Brand Marketing Coordinator to support our Brand & Campaign Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to get hands-on experience across influencer marketing, social media, events, and day-to-day brand operations at a growing prestigious hair brand. We're looking for someone with hustle and a genuine interest in the space. There is real room to grow with us as the role expands.
What You'll Do
- Support influencer marketing, from sourcing on-brand creators to day-to-day outreach and communication
- Help with social media — staying on top of trends, contributing content ideas, and providing occasional weekend coverage
- Assist with sample coordination, gifting, and shipping/warehouse logistics
- Support the planning and execution of brand events and campaign launches
- Help with retail and ecommerce needs (asset uploads, listing updates, occasional store visits)
- Provide general team support — organizing trackers and spreadsheets, coordinating with vendors, and pitching in wherever the team needs it
Who You Are
- Based in Los Angeles with reliable transportation (must have a car)
- Available in-office Tuesday–Thursday in Santa Monica, with flexibility for occasional weekend and evening support
- Strong aesthetic eye, with the ability to create visually compelling content
- Understand social platforms and trends across Instagram and TikTok
- Passionate about social media, beauty, and branding
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable wearing a lot of hats in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Prior internship or coursework in marketing/communications is a plus
Physical Requirements:
This role includes light physical activity such as packing/unpacking and moving boxes (e.g., samples, gifting mailers, event materials).
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
