What You’ll Do
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs
Conduct assessments and adjust goals as needed
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification - required
Master’s degree in ABA or related field - Newly licensed candidate's welcome
Experience with ABA programming and (ideally) RBT supervision
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A genuine passion for working with children and families
