What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member
- Represent Verizon products and services through professional, engaging, and customer-focused interactions
- Educate customers on available plans, features, promotions, and service options to help them make informed decisions
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their communication and connectivity goals
- Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Guide customers through account enrollment, activation, and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development programs
