- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customers to explore additional items.
- Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure attractive and organized displays that enhance shopping experiences.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and maintaining accurate retail math calculations.
- Promote upselling opportunities by recommending complementary products and special offers to maximize sales.
- Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Previous supervising experience is a plus for guiding team members during busy periods.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about merchandise.
