Summary/Objective
As an Investment Team Support, you will play a vital role in providing administrative
support, helping manage client data, and ensuring the overall maintenance of operating efficiencies. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with Advisors/Service Advisors and other team members.
Essential Functions

- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Relationship Management to build and nurture client and team relationships to serve as the key point of contact between advisors, prospects, and clients.
- Communication Management, internal and external, manages emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication to ensure the timely dissemination of information.
- Document Management per compliance requirements
- Maintaining client account records, processing account paperwork using CRM services efficiently and effectively, including:
- Timeliness
- Accuracy

- Data Management
- Accurate & precise input of investment-related data.
- Prepare new account and maintenance paperwork.
- Assist with general client requests.
- Task & Project Management
- Assist with clients' review preparation and implementations.
- Assemble and distribute client report materials.
- Assist with tracking client and advisor deliverables.
- Team collaboration to ensure deadline expectations are met.
- Remain current on industry developments, regulatory issues, and service enhancements
- Comply with all FINRA, SEC compliance requirements
Required Education and Experience
AA, BA, or BS in Business/Finance, equivalent work experience, or greater
Minimum two to three years of administrative support experience
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of administrative experience and an associate degree (preferred)
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Willing to obtain FINRA Series SIE, Series 65.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Math computation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks for multiple advisors and assistants.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Competency
- Financial industry knowledge is preferred.

Salary Range:
- Annual: $55,000-$65,000 (DOE)
