We don't just handle cases — we fight for people.
At Kash Legal Group, we go up against major insurance companies and negligent parties on behalf of accident victims across California. We win because our team is sharp, dedicated, and genuinely cares about the outcome.
We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal who's ready to own their caseload, not just support one. If you thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and take pride in flawless work product, you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work directly with our attorneys to move personal injury cases from complaint through resolution. This is a high-trust role — you'll handle matters independently and be expected to produce polished work product with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage personal injury cases from complaint filing through resolution
- Draft, review, and file legal documents including complaints, motions, and discovery
- Propound and respond to discovery requests
- Draft motions to compel, motions to quash, protective orders, and meet-and-confer letters
- Prepare deposition notices, subpoenas, mediation briefs, and trial binders
- Conduct legal research and maintain organized case files
- File documents electronically via PACER and state e-filing systems
- Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for depositions, mediations, and trials
- Maintain clear, professional, and confidential communication with clients
- Coordinate with expert witnesses and manage litigation timelines
- Calendar all court and discovery deadlines accurately
- Maintain attorney calendars and schedule depositions and medical appointments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure (state and federal courts)
- Experience drafting discovery, motions, and client correspondence
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Filevine, PACER, and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification (preferred, not required)
- Spanish fluency a plus
You're someone who catches mistakes before attorneys do. You manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly with clients under stress. You know what a well-drafted motion looks like — and you've written one.
