What You'll Do
- Deliver precision haircuts, fades, beard grooming, and straight razor services
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional client care
- Educate clients on grooming routines and recommended products
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and craftsmanship
- Contribute to a team culture built on respect, growth, and continuous improvement
- Represent the Razor King brand both inside and outside the shop
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of barbering experience
- Minnesota Barber License
- Strong technical skills in modern and classic barbering
- Passion for delivering a luxury client experience
- Professional appearance and communication
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- A team player committed to continuous growth
