Are you a driven sales professional ready to build something real in the healthcare space?
Doctor Referral Institute (DRI) — the #1 Referral Development Company in the country for 15+ years — is expanding into new markets and looking for an exceptional Territory Director to lead that growth. We are looking for experienced healthcare sales representatives already in the field with relationships.
What DRI Does
DRI partners with specialty medical and dental practices nationwide to help them grow through proven, structured referral development systems. Physician referrals are the most powerful and consistent source of high-quality patients — and DRI delivers the strategy, tools, and support to make that happen at scale.
What You'll Do as a Territory Director
- Identify, develop, and close new business with medical and dental practices in your defined market
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers who rely on consistent growth
- Manage the full sales cycle — from strategic outreach to close — using CRM tools to track and optimize your pipeline
- Represent DRI as a trusted growth partner within your local healthcare community
- Grow with the role. As your territory matures, so does your income — and your leadership footprint
What's In It For You
- Performance-based compensation: The more you build, the more you earn, including recurring revenue from existing clients
- Flexible schedule (Hybrid or In-Person): Structure your days your way. This opportunity can be pursued full-time, part-time, or alongside an existing professional role
- Full back-office support: DRI provides marketing materials, onboarding systems, and ongoing operational support so you can stay focused on selling
- Proven systems + training: you're not starting from scratch. DRI's methodology is field-tested across hundreds of markets
Who Thrives in This Role
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (healthcare or outside sales strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong communicator, skilled negotiator, natural relationship-builder
- Comfortable operating independently with high accountability
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)
If you're a high-performer who's tired of capped commissions and limited upside — and you're ready to build something that pays you long after the deal is closed — we want to talk.
