Serve as communications specialist and assist in day to day office operations, recruiting and coordinating volunteer office support staff and fostering communications in a well established and growing Oconomowoc church. Responsibilities include clerical and administrative management to support Senior Pastor, Director of Children and Youth Programing, Employees, Officers, Leadership, Ministries, Committees and Membership. Qualified candidate must be a highly motivated, self-starting, multi-tasking, team-player professional with excellent communication, organizational and delegation skills. Administrative operations require proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Publisher, Google Drive, Sharepoint, Texting, Email, Social Media, Instagram, Facebook and Web Page administration. Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of communications, marketing and office management experience.
