Overview: Rawrr Inc., a leader in electric dirt bikes, seeks an enthusiastic and skilled hands-on After-Sales Support Mechanic to provide technical assistance and after-sales service for our growing rider community.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding product use, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Handle warranty and service cases, including diagnosing common issues and coordinating solutions.
Perform basic product setup, inspections, adjustments, and software updates.
Assist with part replacements such as brakes, tires, chains, or batteries when needed.
Document service cases and maintain accurate records in the company system.
Provide clear technical guidance to customers over phone, email, or in person.
Collaborate with the engineering team to report recurring product issues and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, preferably with consumer electronics, e-bikes, motorcycles, or EVs.
Strong mechanical aptitude; able to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs on e-moto products.
Familiarity with basic electrical systems and software update processes.
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Comfortable working both with customers and with tools in a workshop setting.
Preferred: Experience with lithium battery systems, motors, or controllers.
