Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for all who visit.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all food items are fresh, well-stocked, and presented attractively.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast selections.
- Monitor food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and serving areas regularly to maintain a tidy dining environment.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for incoming guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance guest relations.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service excellence.
