Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ABA Clinical Director (Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA required) to lead our clinical team in delivering high-quality behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. As the ABA Clinical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards while fostering a compassionate environment focused on patient care and positive outcomes.
Duties
- Provide leadership and supervision to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to maintain clinical excellence.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
- Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and medical records management in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, ethical standards, and best practices in behavioral health and applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Lead staff training initiatives on behavioral therapy techniques, medical terminology, patient care protocols, and documentation procedures.
- Promote a positive team environment that encourages professional development, innovation, and compassionate patient care.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification with extensive experience in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
- Proven leadership skills with prior experience managing clinical teams within a behavioral health setting.
- Strong knowledge of working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
- Familiarity with data collection methods, medical documentation, and electronic health records systems.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, intake assessments, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and educational professionals.

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
