Legow Management Company, L.L.C., is a family owned and operated real estate investment and management business. LMC owns and manages 35 rental apartment communities throughout New Jersey and one in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
We are seeking a Grounds person for Lime Tree Apartments, our 184-unit garden apartment community in Deerfield Beach, FL. The Grounds person works with the maintenance team to provide outstanding customer service to our residents and will be responsible for the following:
· Remove debris throughout the property, including but not limited to parking lot, landscaping and breezeway, insuring property is clean and free of debris
· Empty property trash cans
· Clean stairwells, breezeway and entrance
· Wash hallway and carpet as needed
· Clean light fixtures and mailbox area
· Remove pet waste from grounds and common areas
· Pressure clean sidewalks, pool deck and building entrance
· Clean dumpster and surrounding area daily
· Clean pool area daily
· Assist maintenance team as needed, including but not limited to removal of abandoned tenant belongings in vacant apartments
· Replace common area light bulbs
· Other duties as assigned by Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
· Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Qualifications for this position include the following:
· Must have command of the English language
· Must have a valid driver’s license
· Must be able to lift, push and pull 50-75 pounds as needed
· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions

Pay: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour
