Dynamic Quest is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and technically capable Onboarding Specialist to support the successful onboarding of new clients and operational transitions.
This role serves as a critical link between Sales, Project Management, Service Delivery, Security Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience. In addition to coordinating onboarding activities, the Onboarding Specialist will actively participate in the deployment, configuration, and validation of the Dynamic Quest technology stack within client environments.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and possesses a strong technical aptitude combined with exceptional organizational skills.
- Deploy and configure the Dynamic Quest technology stack in new client environments

Coordinate onboarding activities with internal teams, field engineers, vendors, and clients

Schedule and support site surveys, discovery activities, and onboarding meetings

Track onboarding milestones, deliverables, and project timelines
-
Validate onboarding tasks are completed accurately and on schedule

Assist with transitioning clients from Sales and Project teams into ongoing support operations

Perform quality checks to ensure client environments meet operational and security standards
- Maintain onboarding records, project status updates, and implementation documentation

Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify risks or delays

Support process improvement initiatives and onboarding standardization efforts

Prepare onboarding reports and operational summaries for leadership

Coordinate communications between internal teams and clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained

Support documentation standards, procedures, and knowledge base updates

Assist with onboarding activities involving regulated and compliance-driven environments, including:
- CMMC

NIST 800-171

HIPAA

CJIS

GCIC

SOC 2
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client, company, and security-related information
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, service operations, technical implementation, help desk, project coordination, or related IT roles
