Vaden Automotive is currently hiring an experienced Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service and Parts Departments within one of our dealership operations. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of the Service and Parts Department
- Drive profitability, efficiency, and overall departmental performance
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team members
- Monitor key performance indicators including gross profit, effective labor rate, hours per RO, and CSI
- Ensure consistent execution of processes to maximize workflow and customer satisfaction
- Partner with dealership leadership to align fixed operations with overall store goals
- Analyze financial statements and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive fixed operations leadership required (Service Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of service and parts operations in a high-volume dealership environment
- Ability to lead within a performance-driven, results-oriented culture
- Experience with dealership systems such as CDK and Xtime preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
